- Is there a free plan?
- Yes, you can create 1 chatbot (up to 400k characters) and receive 100 message credits to explore the service!
- What are message credits?
Every time a message is sent to the chatbot, whether by a visitor or yourself, it deducts 1 message credit.
These credits are pooled across your chatbots and renew monthly.
- What is meant by 'characters per chatbot' or character limit?
- It refers to the maximum character capacity for each chatbot during training. In the basic plan, the limit is set at 11 million characters per bot, meaning that a single chatbot can be trained on datasets containing up to a total of 11 million characters.
- How many websites can my chatbot be embedded on?
- They can be embedded on as many sites as you want!
- What is the refund policy if I cancel my subscription halfway through the billing cycle?
- You will be issued the remaining value in credits. e.g. cancelling halfway through your billing cycle = 50% of the remaining value issued as credits. Lifetime Deal (LTD) has its own separate policy.If you'd like a refund, simply contact us about it.
